Exelon Corporation and Exelon Energy Delivery Co., LLC Circuit Case No. 05 L 12107 affirmed in the Appellate Court of Illinois, First Judicial District, on 3/28/12 The Appellate Court affirmed summary judgment in favor of Exelon and dismissed Plaintiff's claims. Fisher v. Vizioncore No. 09C6853, 2010 WL 4932612 (N.D. Ill. Nov. 30, 2010) affirmed by No. 10-3985 (7th Cir. July 20, 2011) Successfully obtained summary judgment in favor of company under Americans with Disabilities Act. Duthie v. Matria Healthcare, Inc. 535 F. Supp. 2d 909 (N.D. Ill. 2008), affirmed by 540 F. 3d 533 (7th Cir. 2008) Successfully obtained injunction preventing company from naming former officers of company as defendants in their personal capacity in a AAA Arbitration.
