About the Role
‧Manage and maintain the EV fleet, ensuring functionality and safety compliance
‧Coordinate vehicle deliveries and logistics, ensuring timely transportation
‧Provide customer support for EV delivery, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
‧Streamline and improve vehicle delivery operations for enhanced efficiency
‧Assist in implementing best practices to optimize the delivery process
‧Assist in selling the fleet by identifying potential customers and presenting the benefits of the EVs

‧F5 or above or relevant qualifications.
‧6 years or more of working experience in a large-sized EV company, with knowledge of EV industry trends
‧Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
‧Superior problem-solving, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
‧Independent and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
‧Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
‧Proficient in MS Applications and Chinese word processing
‧Holder of a valid driving license (Class 1 and 2)
