About the Role
‧Follow up with R&D team on new products development
‧Communicate with the manufacturers on production plan and conduct QA process
‧Issue purchase order and follow up the delivery schedule
‧Conduct inventory control and replenishment to maintain healthy inventory level
‧Manage day-to-day logistics and distribution operation to ensure orders and stock level are fulfilled
‧Assist in production planning and inventory forecast
‧Assist in daily shipment and import/export documents
‧Maintain ERP system and documents filing system

‧Knowledge in ISO 22000 and HACCP System requirements
‧Food science/QA knowledge is a must
‧Experience in ERP system is a plus
‧Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
‧Proficient in MS Office and Chinese typing
‧Candidates with less experience will be considered as “Assistant Supply Chain Officer”
