About the Role
‧Coach customers throughout their customer journey via phone, email, and chat
‧Sign contracts and agreements with customers
‧Educate customers on the product and provide information about what to expect during their ownership experience
‧Collaborate with various teams, including Sales, Vehicle Registration, Order Operations, and Logistics
‧Assist in the application process for EV tax refunds to provide excellent customer service
‧Work at locations in Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan, and Yuen Long

‧Hold a valid driving license for Class 1 and 2
