About the Role
‧Perform daily accounting and finance related duties including handling daily accounts receivable and payable; Prepare vouchers, debit notes & cheque payments
‧Process data input in Kingdee accounting system
‧Prepare and maintain monthly sales reports, fixed asset register & bank reconciliation
‧Prepare and maintain month-end and year-end closing with schedules, year-end audit
‧Prepare and analysis financial statements
‧Perform ad-hoc assignments as assigned

‧Higher Diploma or above with minimum 4 years accounting experience in catering, industry preferred
‧Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, accuracy of works, able to work in fast pace environment
‧Stable working history
‧Proficient in MS Excel and Chinese Word Processing
‧Familiar with Kingdee accounting software and experience in system implementation/ enhancement is a plus
‧Immediate available is highly preferred
