Job Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment
‧Responsible for the end-to-end sales order fulfillment process from order receipt, processing to delivery
‧Perform sales order entries and maintenance in MIS system
‧Communicate, liaise and follow-up with related parties to strive for best-in-industry on-time-in-full performance
‧Process and validate sales orders to ensure adherence and conformance to company’s standard operating procedures
‧Manage and coordinate activities of sales orders to meet the delivery schedule optimizing storage and transportation costs
‧Prepare and handle full set of customs, shipping and banking documents e.g. invoices, insurance, declaration, etc.

Customer Services
‧Handle, answer and follow up customer enquiries in order status, documents, availabilities, phase-in/out schedules etc.
‧Handle and follow up customer complaints and claims in documents
‧Provide registration/regulatory support to customers
‧Track activities status and provide updates to relevant stakeholders as appropriate

‧Validate and process delivery service bills from service providers
‧Prepare and compile regular and ad-hoc reports
‧Review, interpret and explain data as appropriate
‧Assist in any ad-hoc projects, assignments or duties as required

Diploma or above in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline

2 years or above working experience in Marketing, experience in automotive industry would be preferred

Organized and attentive to details

Superior problem-solving, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills 

Independent, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline

Excellent command of spoken and written English & Chinese

Proficient in MS Applications and Chinese word processing

Immediate available is highly preferred
