Job Responsibilities
‧Follow up orders and responsible for inventory, stock takes and stock forecast
‧Proceed new materials sourcing including food and non-food items and gather information from vendors
‧Prepare cost comparison to assist decision making
‧Maintain and update the vendors database for all categories of food & non-food items
‧Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to enable the company to reduce costs and increase market competitiveness
‧Monitor, assess and review suppliers’ capabilities and technologies to match company quality and delivery requirements
‧Work closely with various departments and the suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
‧Monitor and analyze market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities and risks
‧Compile regular reports, handle, update and record ISO22000 and other internal documentation
‧Ensure that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications
‧Performing any projects or ad-hoc duties as assigned

‧Higher diploma or above in procurement, supply chain management, business or related disciplines
‧Minimum 3 years’relevant experience in food industry procurement (experience in FMCG procurement is an advantage)
‧Experience in bakery, pastry, food packaging or equipment sourcing would be an advantage
‧Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
‧Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office applications
‧Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and meet tight schedule
‧Passionate about the food market, especially HK and China
‧Self-motivated, mature, and able to work independently as well as be a team player
‧Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
‧Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Procurement Supervisor
‧Immediate available is preferred
