Job Responsibilities
‧Identify potential suppliers to source new products to enhance the product portfolio
‧Negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive prices and terms
‧Analyze market trends, sales performance, revenues and current inventory levels to forecast inventory needs and estimate purchase quantities
‧Responsible to budget control, outlet layout & merchandises display
‧Calculate, place and maintain purchase orders / promotional purchase orders with vendors
‧Manage inventory days, stock control and delivery bookings
‧Prepare payment application
‧Support ad-hoc duties as and when required

‧Diploma or above in Business, Marketing, or other related discipline
‧2 - 3 years solid experience of buying and category management of FMCG products
‧Experienced in retail WMS, or POS systems
‧Proficient in MS Word and Excel is a must (E.g. Pivot table, Vlookup, formulas)
‧Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is required
‧A good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
‧Independent, proactive and well-organized, multi-tasking skills, detail-minded, sensitive to figures, good analytical skill with strong market sense and awareness
‧Fresh Food experience (vegetable and fruit) or Non-Food item experience is an advantage
