About the Role
‧In charge of E-Commerce and online shop business
‧Oversee the development of marketing collateral and promotion materials such as key visuals, menus, posters, leaflets, banners, print ad etc
‧Liaise with E-Commerce partners/customers to build relationships and network, understand category and brand performance across channels and advise on strategies to drive and achieve business objectives
‧Monitor and reply to customer replies appropriately across all online platforms to ensure a reliable and consistent customer experience
‧Formulating and implementing sales & marketing strategies and action plans to increase online traffic and publicity
‧Manage digital platforms and the content of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.) and optimize SEM/SEO to build brand awareness
‧Coordinate and manage all marketing, advertising and promotional project issues
‧Support the implementation of all sales & marketing activities, ad hoc duties assigned by the management
Requirements
‧Degree holder in Marketing Management, Business Administration or related is preferred ‧A minimum of 6 years working experience in marketing (F&B, Retails or FMCG industries preferred) ‧Good communication skill
