Job Responsibilities
Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the trading channels.
Develop strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Build strong relationships with key accounts, understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with customer partners to optimize product placement, promotions, and inventory management.
Analyze market trends and historical data to create accurate sales forecasts.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with customer to balance company objectives with partner requirements.
Requirements
Higher Diploma or above
Minimum 3 years working experience of key account or related food industry.
Network of existing customers and contacts (chefs/owners/F&B management/purchasing) across restaurants, chain store and etc.
Sound analytical and strategic/entrepreneurial mindset
Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Immediate availability is highly preferred.
Self-motivated, well-organized and good communication skills
Good knowledge in frozen meat and seafoods
Less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager
