Job Responsibilities

‧Provide administrative support to Sales team on sales order processing and documents handling
‧Liaise with customers on delivery arrangements and monitor delivery schedule
‧Maintain customer database and perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry etc.
‧Maintain good relationship with customers to ensure high customer satisfaction
‧Support the Sales team on promotion events

F.5/DSE graduated or above

1 years relevant working experience, FMCG preferred

Self-motivated, outgoing and a good team player

Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient PC skills including all Microsoft Office applications

Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English

Immediate or short notice availability is preferred
