Job Responsibilities
‧Provide system and operation supports to company’s computer systems and telecommunication infrastructure, including system and network support, troubleshooting, backup, account administration, anti-virus patching and other related activities
‧Participate in ongoing enhancement projects of existing computer systems and infrastructure. Activities include requirement definition, system design, documentation, testing, user training, implementation, maintenance and support
‧Participate in system enhancements per user request, such as creating online or offline reports from database, internal webpages, and so on
‧Provide retail shops and office hardware and software installations, upgrade and maintenance
‧Perform vendor coordination when required
‧Provide onsite and telephone technical/application support to internal users and on-call support, or on-site support if necessary, during non-office hours
‧Carry out daily and ad-hoc maintenance and support operations on hardware and software

‧Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines ‧3 years solid experience in the area of help desk support and server administration ‧Experience in new IT environment setup and renovation/ relocation project is desirable and will do attitude ‧Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin) ‧Candidates with less experience may be considered for IT Assistant ‧Fresh graduate will also be considered ‧Immediately available is highly preferred
