Job Responsibilities

‧Greet and assist customers in the service department, providing a friendly and professional experience
‧Listen to customer concerns and document their vehicle's issues or maintenance requirements accurately
‧Provide accurate cost estimates and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance services based on vehicle assessments
‧Schedule service appointments and coordinate service timelines with the service team to ensure efficient workflow
‧Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicle, including any delays or additional repairs needed, and provide updates throughout the service process

‧F.5 or above

‧Strong interest in the motor vehicle industry

‧Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry

‧Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment 

‧Strong proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

‧Holder of a valid driving license (Class 1 and 2) 

‧Good command in English and Chinese
