About the Role
‧Explore, develop and manage sales channels including distributors, supermarkets, and chain stores etc
‧Set sales targets for sales team and motivate the team to achieve it
‧Analyze the market situation and competitors, formulate sales forecast for each product and review the forecast periodically
‧Lead, train and motivate sales team to explore new channels and drive the sales
‧Identify customers’ needs, concerns, and preference through internal and external parties and ensure deliverables are up to customers’ expectations
‧Prepare annual sales budget and formulate sales forecast for production planning
Requirements
‧Tertiary educated in any discipline with minimum of 8 years relevant experience in FMCG and 4 years in managerial level
‧Proven record in Sales with well understanding of retails
, B2B experience is a plus
, Strong strategic and analytical mindset
‧Desire to succeed and committed with initiative and creativity
‧Full of enthusiasm and confidence with strong work ethics
‧Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
‧Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
‧Proficient PC skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
