Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies aimed at meeting targets and enhancing market share.
Lead, manage, and inspire the car sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales objectives.
Cultivate and nurture robust relationships with customers and business partners to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Remain informed about industry trends and advancements in New Energy Vehicle (NEV) technology to maintain a competitive edge.
Collaborate effectively with marketing and product teams to implement impactful sales initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
A proven track record of at least 5 years of substantial sales experience, consistently meeting revenue and sales targets.
A deep passion for the motor vehicle industry and enthusiasm for automotive sales.
A proactive, outgoing, and results-driven attitude with a focus on achieving targets.
Possession of a valid driving license (Class 1 and 2) is required.
An insurance license (Paper 1 and 2) is considered an advantage.
Excellent command of both English and Chinese is essential.
Immediate availability is highly preferred.
