Job Responsibilities

‧Providing Operation support to the business daily
‧Daily data entry of outlets purchase order
‧Prepare operational analysis, reports and recommendations
‧Monitor Inventory level and assist in inventory replenishment
‧Provide general administrative support
‧Ad-Hoc duties assigned by Supervisor or Management

Diploma holder in catering/hotel management or related field preferred

At least 2 years of relevant experience in sizeable chain catering outlets

Good team player and interpersonal skill

Strong communication skills along with positive and driven attitude

Strong analytical skill, good interpersonal and problem solving

Familiar with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing

Fluent in Cantonese, spoken and written English

Immediate available is highly preferred
