Job Responsibilities
Providing Operation support to the business daily
Daily data entry of outlet's purchase order
Prepare operational analysis, reports, and recommendations
Monitor Inventory level and assist in inventory replenishment
Provide general administrative support
Ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisor or Management
Requirements
HKCEE/HKDSE or above
1 year of relevant experience in sizeable chain catering outlets is preferred
Familiar with food import procedures, shipping arrangements, and customs declaration (報關) preferred
Good team player and interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills along with a positive and driven attitude
Strong analytical skills, good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Familiar with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing
Fluent in Cantonese, spoken and written English
Immediate availability is highly preferred
