About the Role
Provide Front of House service, including greeting customers and handling general inquiries.
Handle all incoming phone inquiries, Email, Facebook, and WhatsApp messages.
Provide daily administrative and clerical support to the team.
Responsible for the end-to-end sales order fulfillment process from order receipt and processing to delivery
Schedule service appointments and coordinate service timelines with the service team to ensure efficient workflow.
Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicle, including any delays or additional repairs needed, and provide updates throughout the service process.
Via WhatsApp and social media channels to boost sales and after-sales business opportunities.
Requirements
DSE/ HKCEE or above
2 years or above working experience in Customer Service or related, experience in the automotive industry would be preferred
Customer service-oriented with excellent customer service skills and communication skills
Independent, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Good command of English and Chinese.
