About the Role

  • Provide Front of House service, including greeting customers and handling general inquiries.

  • Handle all incoming phone inquiries, Email, Facebook, and WhatsApp messages.

  • Provide daily administrative and clerical support to the team.

  • Responsible for the end-to-end sales order fulfillment process from order receipt and processing to delivery

  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate service timelines with the service team to ensure efficient workflow.

  • Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicle, including any delays or additional repairs needed, and provide updates throughout the service process.

  • Via WhatsApp and social media channels to boost sales and after-sales business opportunities.

Requirements

  • DSE/ HKCEE or above

  • 2 years or above working experience in Customer Service or related, experience in the automotive industry would be preferred

  • Customer service-oriented with excellent customer service skills and communication skills

  • Independent, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Strong proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Good command of English and Chinese.
