Currently, our business is rapidly expanding, with a focus on new energy vehicle distribution, used car retail, and EV maintenance services, we have established a strategic partnership with GAC Group to jointly develop Hong Kong’s electric vehicle market. Fine Motors Limited is a Transport Department Designated Vehicle Testing Centre (DVTC). By meeting the government's stringent requirements for DVTC qualifications, operational procedures, and number of staff, we have established ourselves as one of the 40 government-authorized private vehicle testing centers in Hong Kong.
We maintain high quality standards through ongoing enhancements to our equipment, facilities, and staff training, aiming to be a premier vehicle inspection service provider in Hong Kong. Located on Sheung Heung Road in To Kwa Wan, our center provides statutory annual inspections for private cars and light duty truck, compliance checks for the "Northbound Travel for Hong Kong Vehicles" scheme, and safety assessments for both new and pre-owned vehicles.
