About the Role

  • Act as a liaison between the Hong Kong office and the franchiser restaurants

  • Collaborate with the franchiser to align on the project objectives, timelines and ensure that all relevant parties are involved throughout the project

  • Manage franchise operations, including administrative tasks, procurement planning, licensing and etc.

  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration to successfully deliver the franchiser’s requirements

  • Provide Operation support to the business daily

  • Provide support to the General Manager in franchise-related matters

Requirements

  • A relevant degree in Business or Project Management, or a related field

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in Food Services, Catering or Japanese Companies would be an advantage

  • Good commend of both written and spoken Mandarin and English. Candidates with knowledge of Japanese and Korean would have an advantage

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Strong problem solving, ability to work under pressure, work independently with good interpersonal skills

  • Experience in franchise handling and application would be an advantage

  • Willingness to undertake occasional business trips
