About the Role
Handle full set of accounts including bank reconciliation, general ledger, fixed assets register, prepayment, accruals and month-end closing and etc;
Prepare monthly management accounts with accounting schedules and reconciliations on timely basis, including trust reconciliation against client assets;
Liaise with external auditor and tax representatives for the preparation of statutory financial reports and tax filing.
Perform ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements
Higher Diploma or above with a minimum of 4 years of accounting experience in the Retail or Financing industry preferred
Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, accurate work, able to work in a fast-paced environment
Stable working history
Proficient in MS Excel and Chinese Word Processing
Knowledge of the Kingdee accounting system is an advantage / enhancement is a plus
