This debut marks the brand’s first collaboration with SW Group, making its grand entrance into Hong Kong. Founded in 2021, “Xiang Shang Xiang” is known for its banquet‑style dining, with meticulous attention to ambience design and service details. The team has pioneered the “Xiang Flavour 24 Peppers” concept, creating an innovative Hunan seasoning system. This approach carefully selects 24 varieties of chili peppers directly delivered from Hunan, combining seasonal climate control with fermentation techniques to deliver layered flavors while preserving culinary traditions. In addition, the restaurant inherits the four classic Hunan cooking techniques — steaming, stir‑frying, smoking, and braising — with a focus on five distinct flavor stages.
