“Xiang Shang Xiang” — a highly acclaimed high‑quality Hunan cuisine brand — is celebrated for its innovative interpretations of traditional flavors.


This debut marks the brand’s first collaboration with SW Group, making its grand entrance into Hong Kong. Located in Tsim Sha Tsui’s Harbour City, the new restaurant signifies the brand’s first international expansion, bringing the bold and spicy essence of Hunan cuisine into Hong Kong’s vibrant dining scene.

Founded in 2021, “Xiang Shang Xiang” is known for its banquet‑style dining, with meticulous attention to ambience design and service details. The team has pioneered the “Xiang Flavour 24 Peppers” concept, creating an innovative Hunan seasoning system. This approach carefully selects 24 varieties of chili peppers directly delivered from Hunan, combining seasonal climate control with fermentation techniques to deliver layered flavors while preserving culinary traditions. In addition, the restaurant inherits the four classic Hunan cooking techniques — steaming, stir‑frying, smoking, and braising — with a focus on five distinct flavor stages.

Highlights include the must‑try “Prosperity Fish Head”, steamed with five varieties of Hunan chili peppers and presented with a ceremonial unveiling; the Hong Kong‑exclusive “Beijing Banquet Crispy Roast Duck”; and the “Zhangshu Port Chili Series”, with peppers flown directly from Yueyang City, Hunan Province. With refined dishes served in a space that fuses Hunan cultural elements with modern elegance, the restaurant is ideal for business gatherings, family meals, and intimate dinners.
