YAPPARI STEAK Opens Second Hong Kong Location at The ONE in Tsim Sha Tsui

YAPPARI STEAK will officially open its second Hong Kong Branch at The ONE in Tsim Sha Tsui on 29 August 2026. Following the successful opening of its first branch at Metroplaza in Kwai Fong, the brand continues to expand into one of Hong Kong’s key commercial and tourism districts, bringing its authentic Mt. Fuji lava stone-grilled steak experience to more customers.

The new location will continue to uphold the brand’s philosophy of fast service, consistent quality, and a relaxed dining experience. In addition, the The ONE branch will introduce exclusive menu items, including the Braised Minced Beef and Konjac with Rice in Spicy Sauce, and Stir-fried Minced Beef Wrapped in Lettuce, offering a more distinctive and conversation-worthy dining experience for younger diners and visitors.

Exclusive Highlights at The Second BranchUnlike the first branch, which is positioned as an everyday steak destination for office workers, the branch at The ONE has been developed with the tastes of younger customers and travellers in mind. The Branch introduces location-exclusive dishes designed to offer a richer and more layered dining experience.

Among the highlights, a standout signature dish is the Braised Minced Beef and Konjac Rice in Spicy Sauce, which combines Japanese-style beef with Sichuan-inspired flavours, paired with springy, low-calorie konjac for a satisfying blend of savoury richness, numbing spice, and texture. The aromatic spices enhance the richness of the beef, while the konjac absorbs the chilli oil, creating a moreish dish that is especially well suited as a drink pairing or palate refresher.

Another exclusive dish, the Stir-fried Minced Beef Wrapped in Lettuce, draws inspiration from Thai cuisine and features minced beef stir-fried with shallots, kaffir lime leaves, and fresh lemon juice, served with crisp lettuce. The result is a refreshing contrast of hot and cold, soft and crunchy, allowing guests to enjoy a different expression of beef before moving on to the brand’s signature lava stone steak.
